In instances of conflict, the engagement letter terms will prevail.
2. Access and Registration
2.1. Access is restricted to authorised Clients of B P Collins LLP who have been issued secure login credentials, subject to verification and acceptance.
2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username and passwords. Disclosure to unauthorised parties is strictly prohibited, and clients must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access.
2.3. You agree to notify us immediately in writing of any unauthorised access to or security breach.
2.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Portal without prior notice in cases of suspected Terms violations, conduct to our interests, or legitimate security concerns.
3. Portal Utilisation: Scope and Limitations
